Contract for Wholesale according to design wishes of the customer

By signing this contract, Zermatt Keramik agrees to produce the products agreed after presenting the  samples in the right amount of each sample, and to hand them over to the customer at the agreed  time.

Sometimes with hand production, partial delivery can be agreed upon.

Within the next 48 hours, the customer will receive a separate quotation with the agreed price. The  client undertakes to pay 50% of the total amount in advance within 14 days. The other half will only be  transferred after the ceramic pieces have been delivered. Provisions in special cases are listed here:

Discount offered

• If the order is more than 3`000CHF in total, a discount of 15% will be offered. • If the order is more than 5`000CHF in total, a discount of 20% will be offered.

Work is picked up by the costumer at ZERMATT KERAMIK STUDIO & SHOP Hofmattstrasse 7, 3920 Zermatt or we offer Shipping.
