Terms & Conditions for production 

Provider: ZERMATT KERAMIK STUDIO & SHOP Hofmattstrasse 7, 3920 Zermatt

Customer:

By signing this contract, Zermatt Keramik agrees to produce the tableware based on our current products in  the right amount of each and to hand them over to the customer at the agreed time. Sometimes with hand  production, partial delivery can be agreed upon.

Within the next 48 hours, the customer will receive a separate quotation with the agreed price. The client  undertakes to pay 50% of the total amount in advance within 14 days. The other half will only be transferred  after the ceramic pieces have been delivered. Provisions in special cases are listed here:

Discount offered

• If the order is more than 1`000CHF in total, a discount of 10% will be offered. •If the order is more than 2`500CHF in total, a discount of 15% will be offered. •If the order is more than 5`000CHF in total, a discount of 20% will be offered.
