The details:

The price includes the use of 500g clay, as well as the firing and glazing of it. You will be accompanied through the workshop by our ceramist, who will give you suggestions on various technical possibilities and help you to make your ceramics.

Payment and additional costs: 
The course is paid after your visit, as additional costs may arise during the course.
Additional costs are incurred in the following cases:

- If you want to have more clay fired than is included in the workshop per person. For each additional lump of clay of 500g we will charge you 22.5CHF plus Mwst of 7.7%.



- If we need to send your finished pottery by post. After your visit to the Zermatt Keramik Shop & Studio, the pieces will be ready for personal collection after two weeks. If this is not possible for you, we will send the pieces by post with the additional insurance "FRAGILE". For this you will be charged the shipping costs of 15CHF-30CH. This depends on the weight of the created pieces. Whether shipping is possible depends on the condition of the ceramics, which is assessed by our ceramist. In addition, Zermatt Keramik accepts no liability for any delivery of damaged goods by the post office, despite additional "FRAGILE" insurance.



Cancellation:
The booking of the courses is binding! If you have to cancel your booking, this must be done at least 48 hours before the start of the booked course. You will be charged the regular course price per canceled person.
